413 is a Uganda based organization that targets school drop outs to equip them by sending them back to school (ages 4-18) and offering them a hands on skill/vocational training (ages 18-40) to earn a living.
80% of the school dropouts is due to resource scarcity, we look forward to stopping this out.
We dream of creating communities where we have self sustainable and skilled individuals, empower one by one to achieve a stronger economy.

If you are disturbed by unemployment, create jobs, if it is the numerous teenage pregnancies, run campaigns to stop them, illiteracy/ignorance, offer education opportunities. Dirty water, drill wells and treat the water, the poor health services, mention it all. There is always a way to combat challenges that we face, we simply need to take a leap of faith.

Today, me and you have a choice to make, either to join the complaining camp or make a difference in our societies. We at 413ministries are choosing the latter, we are creating a haven community where hope is restored to youths that were not fortunate enough to have life handed to them on a silver spoon.

We have three arms of operation below

Kunda (Love) outreach project, this goes out to the communities with medical services. We partner with individuals, health centers to rally resources, medical supplies, doctors to extend health services to the unreached. Diagnose and treat those who cannot access decent medical services deep in the villages. We have a dream of building excellent medical centers in such areas so it becomes a permanent solution.

Somero project targets students in different schools, offering career guidance that we lack. Many students have no idea who they want to be till they sit their final exams, a little guidance would make a huge difference. Cut down teenage pregnancies in schools, offer reproductive health services, including sanitary wear to girls. We partner with schools to improve the quality of services students get to have fine products every academic year.

Kunda Community, this is the center of skills training, where one discovers their hidden skills are discovered from within and out. As 413ministries we have a dream to create safe haven for all to come and discover who they are. Through our equip sessions, we are excited to discover our strengths, weaknesses and thrive by turning our skills into income streams. Partner with us to equip young people in their comfortable spaces, calling out greatness in them.

Blind hand relief fund, The recent concern for our communities is the obvious COVID 19 relief fund campaign to help feed homes during this pandemic, economies have frozen and yet the hand to mouth households are the most affected. Many are starving, just a gift of $30, a home is fed for two weeks, twice as much is an entire month! Join the Blind hand relief campaign to put food on the table for families in our communities,

When this pandemic ceases, this relief fund will cease too, then the skills training program will commence to ensure one has a sustainable way of living. The famous quote, ‘Instead of giving me fish, teach me how to fish’
